Junior Project Assistant
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Assistant to help us scale a competitive brand presence in the global market. In this role, you will be the "connective tissue" between our Ops, Marketing, Product, Design and Development functions. If you have an analytical mindset and a "can-do" attitude, this is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the B2C E-commerce industry.
Responsibilities
Market Research Support (Core)
- Assist in conducting primary and secondary research, compiling insights to support proposals and project documentation
- Consolidate market and customer data to support planning decisions
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify key insights, risks, opportunities and emerging trends
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, social media content and digital materials
- Organize findings into clear visualizations, structured summaries and presentation materials
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary data for sales activities
Project Assistance
- Coordinate the preparation of presentation materials, performance reports and key initiative updates
- Track timelines and responsibilities to support on-time project delivery
- Organize meetings, document key outcomes and maintain structured project records
- Open to supporting the team with additional duties to help us reach our goals together
Requirements
- Background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields
- Detail-oriented, proactive and hardworking with a can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile
- High level of cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Marketing, Product, Design and Development teams
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to structure and interpret data
- Prefer: Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent) with strong exposure to American culture
