KOL/ KOC Booking Specialist (US Market)

Precision Sourcing & Creator Auditing

• Identify, vet and establish relationships with influencers, brands and other organizations aligned with Foxetales’s brand image, mission and values
• Filter creators based on engagement rate, audience demographics (U.S. Parents) and "Native-feel" content quality

Relationship Management

• Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure successful outcomes, including usage rights, deliverables and contracts
• Track and report on performance, refining approaches to grow the creator network

Rate Negotiation & Quotation

• Obtain the most competitive rates from creators and provide a clear, organized list of quotations
• Ensure 100% compliance with U.S. FTC guidelines and brand safety standards

• Background: Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields with 1+ years of experience in equivalent positions
• Proven track record in closing deals and managing talent budgets effectively
• Sector Expertise: Prior experience booking for Premium Kids/Education/Tech brands is highly preferred
• Near-native English proficiency. Ability to navigate U.S. cultural nuances and "slang" to build instant rapport with creators
• Ability to handle high-pressure tasks with a fast-to-market execution spirit

• Base Retainer: 15% Performance Incentive based on budget optimization and campaign-driven ROI
• Success-based Incentive: Earn bonus for every successfully booked and completed collaboration
• Potential Monthly Earnings: An active freelancer can realistically achieve an income of 10,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND per month by maintaining successful bookings
• Direct involvement in a founding-stage project with high-growth potential
• The Full-time Trajectory: High-performing freelancers will be fast-tracked to a Lead Partnership Manager position (Full-time) upon successful GTM validation
