Creative Copywriter (US Market)
Operating exclusively in the US and international DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) sectors, we demand an exceptional level of US cultural fluency and deep exposure to Western consumer mindsets. We are looking for "founding-member" talents who combine a "results-first" approach with the strategic agility to scale a global brand from the ground up. Responsibilities
Strategic U.S. Copywriting
- Write, edit & produce top-tier copy for Campaigns, Websites, social media, video scripts and marketing collateral
- Adapt Brand Messaging to resonate with U.S. cultural nuances, ensuring all copy feels "Native" and aligns with American parenting values and consumer psychology
- Demonstrate an "AI-First" mindset by using tools to brainstorm ideas, refine drafts and speed up the content creation process.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all channels, maintaining high standards of quality
Conversion-Focused Content Execution
- Conceptual Development: Lead brainstorming sessions and translate marketing strategies into innovative creative concepts
- Direct the creative team by providing sharp, data-backed Creative Briefs
Cross-team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Growth/Ads team to receive performance feedback and "re-brief" content to improve results
- Proactively pivot and iterate content angles based on real-time performance data from the U.S. market
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Content Strategy/ Copywriting for B2C brands
- Mandatory Portfolio: Applicants must include links or attachments of successful projects/ campaigns they have executed (especially for the U.S. market)
- Preferred Sectors: Proven track record or strong interest in Education, Mom & Baby, Parenting, or Ed-tech sectors (Candidates who understand "Parenting Pain Points" will be highly prioritized)
- Exceptional English writing skills (IELTS 7.5 or equivalent) with a deep understanding of U.S. slang, idioms, and parenting culture
- Experience in using AI to optimize creative workflows
- High level of cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Marketing, Product, Design and Development teams
- Preferred Qualities: Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, ability to structure and interpret data
