Perfomance Marketing Executive
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth engine. With at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for scaling our presence across the Shopify and SaaS ecosystems. You are someone who lives in the data, masters the latest tracking tools, and knows exactly how to turn a budget into a high-ROI machine.
Responsibilities
Digital Channel Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on multiple digital platforms to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value
- Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns effectively & Ability to request content or media that align with customers’ interests
Performance Optimization & Analysis:
- Utilize web and app analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance reports, clearly communicating key metrics, trends, and recommendations to the growth team and leadership
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and in-app experiences to optimize conversion rates
- Analyze pricing strategies and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and attract new customers
Budget Management & ROI:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to maximize CAC
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost (CAC)

Requirements
- More than 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, focus on conversion objectives in Google, Facebook, Shopify Ads or other ad networks for SaaS, B2B
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and E-commerce trends
- Deep understanding of digital tracking tools and experience using them for data collection, analysis and interpretation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes
- Experience in the E-commerce industry or Marketing agency is a plus
